Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Nextfitup mobile application ("the App", "we", "us", "our"), provided by the Nextfitup team. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, registering for, or otherwise using Nextfitup, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Nextfitup. If you are under 18, you should use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email/password or Google Sign-In).
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your profile and food/workout logs.
• You may delete your account at any time from within the App's profile settings.

4. Use of the App

Nextfitup lets you log Indian food items, track gym and calisthenics workouts, build protein shakes, and earn XP/levels based on your activity. You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Use the App to upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Interfere with the App's servers, Firebase backend, or other users' accounts.

5. XP, Levels & Gamification

XP, levels, streaks, and related gamification elements are provided for motivation only and hold no monetary value. We may reset, adjust, or discontinue these features at any time without liability.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect (such as account info, food/workout logs, and ad-related identifiers via AdMob) and how it is used and stored via Firebase.

7. Advertising

Nextfitup may display ads served through Google AdMob. Ad content is served by Google and third-party partners and is not controlled by us. Interacting with ads is at your own discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

The Nextfitup name, logo, app design, and original content are the property of the Nextfitup team. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the App without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in activity that harms other users or the App. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nextfitup is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including inaccuracies in food/macro data or loss of logged data.

11. Changes to the App

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
